Ethics
I will all the times maintain the highest ethical standards in the professional work undertaken and, in matters relating to a client’s affairs, act solely in the interests of the client.
Confidentiality
It is my commitment to not disclose, or permit to be disclosed, confidential information concerning the client’s business and staff.
Anti-Bribery
It is my policy to comply with all applicable laws of the United Kingdom, including the Bribery Act 2010, and the countries in which I do business. Accordingly, I won’t act for or on behalf of the client to make, offer, receive, promote, approve or otherwise encourage any payment or gift that would violate the Bribery Act 2010 in the UK or any similar applicable legislation in any other country.
Quality
I only accept work for which I am qualified and have the capacity to undertake. I will not accept an assignment with a scope so limited that the client will receive either ineffective advice or advice so incomplete, that he needs to seek further advice.
Finances
I can confirm that any methods of calculation of the fees payable adopted for the consultancy will be exposed and agreed with the client at the very beginning of the relationship.
